My name is Max, I’m a Certified Structural Osteopath ( ESTP , Barcelona)
a Massage Specialist ( 5 Years Experience) and I’ve been a Personal Trainer around the world ( Milano, L.A. Chicago , NYC ) for more than 15 years
I Know Bodies, I know the intimate connections between the spine , the muscles and the pain.
I’ve been working with my body all my life I’ve injured myself , I’ve cured myself and I’ve cured a lot of my clients.
Nothing like working in the gym and working with my clients on the Massage Table give you the right perspective on how to intervene on muscles , spine and disfunctions.
I have the knowledge and the tools to make you pain free ! Trust me, It might take one session, two sessions…But at the end we are going to get rid of the pain.
With a series of tests, corrections and muscle release techniques I’m certain I can alleviate the disconfort in your back, shoulder and neck.
