I started massaging athletes and clients in my Strength and Conditioning Gym in Barcelona.
If you ever been serious about training and conditioning you know you need a good mobilty routine and a fast but efficient warm up. Tissues and muscle have to be ready to sustain external stress ( Heavy weights and repetitions)
But the more you train and the more you increase volume and strength the more you need to recover.
Muscle grow when you sleep ! But if your body is sore and full of metabolites and toxins from the training, you won’t recover as fast as you need for the next workout

I use Deep Tissue Massage as a base to get rid of pain in your upper back and lower back
my experience allow me to mix Chinese Massage, Acupressure and Streching to get the most benefits and relax for your body.
