Massage can help healing your pain, soreness, tightness and can make your body recuperate its functionality and excellence.
It’s not The Cure though, is an open door towards an happy body and a peaceful mind.
I suggest getting a massage at least once a month maybe in the de-load phase of training when your body need some rest and recovery.
