In a nutshell more than 70 countries and hundred of the best massage therapists , bodyworkers, sport therapists from around the World competing in a tough, fun and unreal events. Competitors are judged based on techniques, style, touch, flow and body mechanics
Did I win? No.
But I got much better and learned the best techniques in the industry and I’m ready to share them with You, to create the Perfect Massage Experience and heal where is possible your myofascial, muscle and joint pain.

Hi Everyone , in this micro-post I will address this question : Is Deep Tissue Massage helpful with cellulite?
If you go and research on PUBMED, NCBI there are dozen of studies asserting that massage therapy helps in reducing the appearance of cellulite.
Deep Tissue Massage stretches the skin tissue , redistribute fat cells and improve circulation and lymphatic drainage as well. Those are definitely the keys to make your skin glowing of new life but it’s not a permanent fix.
I believe as Personal Trainer that exercise, diet in conjunction with Massage will help your skin to look better. That’s all you need period! Some experts of “Cellulite Massage” will tell you that there are specific kind of techniques that only them can apply to get rid of Cellulite. BS sorry!
What you need is a massage that stretches the fibrous connectives cords that tether with the skin to the underlying muscle. What we want is to reduce the pulling of the cords so that the fat it’s not compressed against the muscle and create a dimpling surface on the skin. In the same time with long longitudinal strokes we will try to redistribute the fat and improve circulation.
A light Deep Tissue can definitely do the work and with life changing habits it can helps in conquering a better looking skin.

Lately I hurt my back during a DT ( a Crossfit Wod with a 70 KG Clean&Jerk ). If you don’t know what it is, no worries, It’s just a hell of a workout with a lot of weight. The result : an extreme back pain and a crooked back.
Training and bad posture are one of the main causes of back pain. When you damage your lumbar spine you become useless for any activity that involve using your body.
it’s an humbling experience. I was grumpy and mad with my self because my Ego didn’t allow me to reduce the weight during the workout even if I know I was pushing it.
Now I thought If I have to stop working at least I want to shot a video for my patients so that they can heal the back pain in the comfort of their home.

Are you experiencing a continuous hip’s pain every time you walk? Does your foot hurts? The position of your feet and the way you step are big components of your skeleton architecture.
