I don’t memorize massage routines, I work on your muscle tissue, vertebras blockage with a Custom  Full Body Massage

My massages are always differents! If you train you know you need different stimolous to grow your muscle, in the same way, based on your muscle tension you will need a certain type of massage techniques to relax or break the tension.
