HEADACHE RELIEF

In our hyperdigital society and with deskbound jobs it’s common to develop headaches caused by the sternocleidomastoid muscle.

The SCM primary function is to rotate the neck. If you spend long time in front of a PC or a Phone chances are you might have this muscle tight and the consequences generally are unilaterally head pain referred at the base of the skull and around your eyes.

A tight SCM push your head forward and load eccentrically the muscles at the base of your Occiput  ( obliquus capitis superior muscle) causing headaches.

If after a long travel or a stressful day at your job, you need a good neck release and a possible headache relief I will do everything in my capacity to relax your neck and make your head light and headache free.

I offer Boutique Stretching Sessions here in Barcelona with my Sport Massage.

I believe stretching is the key to improve overall athletic performance , speed and  to avoid injuries

My stretching session will ease residual muscle tension and improve your muscle awareness .

Assisted Stretching it’s the perfect complement to a Sport Massage that will increase your energy and speed up your recovery

My Studio is centrally located close to the beautiful Sagrada Familia church.

60 Euros x 60 min   (Sport Massage +Assisted Stretching)

90 Euros x  90 min

OUTCALLS : 110 x 60 min ,  150 Euros x 90 min , ( plus Taxi )

As a result of my Osteopathic treatment and my myofascial release massage I guarantee a better function of your spine and a relief of your  neck and back pain. I blend together different techniques from Dr Andrew Still and Thomas Myers to get the most effective treatment that help to fix muscle unbalances and painful knots .

What is Osteopathy?

Osteopathy is an approach to healing that uses subtle and gross manipulations to address structural conditions commonly experienced as pain, weakness or organ malfunction.

and Myofascial release ?

The word myofascial means muscle tissue (myo) and the connective tissue in and around it (fascia). Myofascial pain often results from muscle injury or repetitive strain. When stressed or injured, muscles often form trigger points, like contracted knots, that cause pain and tightness.
