I’m a Certified Massage Therapist and A Structural Osteopath and I’ve been a Strength Coach and Conditioning Trainer for more than 20 years (MILANO , NYC , LA, CHICAGO, BARCELONA)
I offer Boutique Stretching Sessions here in Barcelona with my Sport Massage.
I believe stretching is the key to improve overall athletic performance , speed and to avoid injuries
My stretching session will ease residual muscle tension and improve your muscle awareness .
Assisted Stretching it’s the perfect complement to a Sport Massage that will increase your energy and speed up your recovery
My Studio is centrally located close to the beautiful Sagrada Familia church.
if you are coming for a Tour here it can be a good combination to recover from your long airplane trip and feel refreshed and rejuvenated
my fees are :
60 Euros x 60 min (Sport Massage +Assisted Stretching)
90 Euros x 90 min
OUTCALLS : 110 x 60 min , 150 Euros x 90 min , ( plus Taxi )
After 9 pm + 35 euros
