Deep Tissue Massage and Back Pain Relief

Hi guys , welcome to my website. Today I want to explain to you my method to solve back pain. I believe in the scientific based approach of Stuart McGill, the theories on Fascia of Tom Myers and the Kinesiology work on muscle testing of Greg Roskopf.

When a patient come to my studio , I start the session with an initial Q and A : I draft a complete anamnesis of pain history , posture, workout routine, food intake, physical behaviour and then in collaboration with my client we figure it out the best treatment to heal his back pain.

I use :

  • Muscle Testing : to spot the weak muscle in the functional chain and with isometric contraction or palpation I activate that muscle
  • Osteopathic Testing : to detect subluxation and then with muscle energy techniques or Thrusting I correct the joint that is out of alignment
  • Myofascial Techniques : to redirect the Fascia in the wanted direction generally against gravity to redefine posture
  • Deep Tissue Massage : to relax the muscle and heal the muscle pain
  • Mobility : to strengthen the joint in the end range of the ROM
  • Exercises : to rehabilitate the muscle and increase performance

If you are ready to feel better and explore with me the best physical strategies and tactics to increase mobility, reduce pain and optimize physical and emotional health call me at 0034 634791996

or send me a Whatsapp at 0034 634791996

I charge 60 euros x 60 min and 85 euros x 90 min

Kindest Regards

Osteopathy , Myofascial Release Barcelona

osteopathy

Welcome to my Studio and thanks for your interest in my work.

As a result of my Osteopathic treatment and my myofascial release massage I guarantee a better function of your spine and a relief of your  neck and back pain. I blend together different techniques from Dr Andrew Still and Thomas Myers to get the most effective treatment that help to fix muscle unbalances and painful knots .

What is Osteopathy?

Osteopathy is an approach to healing that uses subtle and gross manipulations to address structural conditions commonly experienced as pain, weakness or organ malfunction.

and Myofascial release ?

The word myofascial means muscle tissue (myo) and the connective tissue in and around it (fascia). Myofascial pain often results from muscle injury or repetitive strain. When stressed or injured, muscles often form trigger points, like contracted knots, that cause pain and tightness.
